What exactly is the IFCA Impact Fund?
The IFCA Impact Fund is our $250,000 investment in health and fitness coaches who treat their work as a calling, not just a career. We award full-ride scholarships (covering the full value of the IFCA Accelerator) to select coaches, and partial funding awards (negotiated directly with our team) to additional qualified coaches. We are selecting coaches we believe in and backing them — the same way a fellowship or grant program works.
Do I need to already be making money as a coach to apply?
No. We've awarded Impact Fund spots to coaches at every stage — from coaches just starting out to coaches already making $20K+/month who needed to break through a ceiling. What matters far more than your current income is your mindset, your mission, and your readiness to build. If you're early-stage, we want to see that you're serious and action-oriented. If you're plateaued, we want to see that you understand WHY you've plateaued and you're ready to fix it.
When will I find out if I'm selected?
Full-ride winners will be announced publicly during the campaign window (see the campaign timeline). Partial award recipients will be contacted directly by our team — most within 2–5 days of applying. If you apply and don't hear from us right away, make sure you're watching for our text message and replying promptly. Response speed signals readiness.
Is this just for online coaches, or can in-person coaches apply too?
Both. Many of our most successful Impact Fund recipients started as in-person coaches or trainers who used IFCA to build their online business. Whether you're fully online, fully in-person, or a hybrid — if you want to build a scalable, systemized coaching business, this program is built for you.
